can growing in a HYDRO system be done outdoors?

next year jack wanted to try to do a DWC system outdoors in a greenhouse that we built its good.

we just built this cool lil greenhouse and it soon might have wheels on it also.
anyhoo we wanted to try and grow DWC style in outdoors next summer and under full full sun in the green house that we built.

so we wanted to know how well that idea would work out. its (plants grown in a DWC and outdoors in a
green house).

cuz to me it seems like the plants would grow so fast and under full sun. I would think that the sun would make the plants grow fast along with the DWC system.

so gimmy UR thoughts on this. thanks.

it would probably work but you have to keep the water temp cool like around 70f or cooler is best and no light should penetrate your res or youll have problems

yes everything good from indoors n everything good from outdoors all-wrapped-up in one plus ull have more control

Be aware that a closed greenhouse in summer is going to be incredibly hot- usually you just roll up the sides of a poly house and crack the roof vent, but security may preclude this.

Also- they'll get really big. I've seen several inches a day.

I'd run two crops- Feb/March start and Sept start- skip high summer altogether.

na I am cool with high summers. cuz I would just put a fan in the greenhouse also.

the reason I wanted to use the sun is cuz it is free light.
and if I use the DWC hydro system with all that free sun then I think my plants would get huge and have huge fast growing buds.

so if I ever get a house with a better backyeard the I am gunna try my deep water culture thats in a greenhouse idea.

i use a gh all summer im very very happy early in spring in the last week of march seeds r started clones r made n used for an outdoor summer crop the winter indoor crop is brought out to regenerate for a early summer harvest cuttings r taking from the outdoor crop for an indoor winter harvest usually in march before they r revegged out in the gh

i use 2 HID 400 wt augro lights to supplement natural light i have 1 corner set-up with curtains for seed starting regeneration flowering n cutting/clone production 2 small fans move air around in the mj production area

i have set-up a hydro system that uses about ten gallons of aerated n warmed to
85df water nutes mixture the mix is kept in a dark aquarium tank using a timer switch water is pumped around gh the tan gets refilled daily â?? first year

OK so I have decided to take DWC growing outdoors next summer.:D

and I think that it would work just fine. and probly get to harvest sooner in the year. and have a bigger plant.thuss get bigger buds.

ooo and when I do this next summer I am gunna SCROG my plant to maximize my its amount of top colas.

pot plants grow bigger n better in a gh but i dont see how theyd be ready to harvest any earlier Cannabis is mostly photoperiodic n uses darkness to judge flowering times if u rnt using lights n\or curtins then ur depentant on stain like u r outdoors

i think plants just grow faster with hydro.
