heavy smoker - 10 weeks clean. Can I pass my test?

Ive been a chronic user, every day for the past few years. Mainly using a bong or a pipe. Morning and evening. I had to take a drug test for the first time for a new job in May. I used carbo clean and failed. Its been exactly 10 weeks since I smoked and I am applying for another job with pre-employment screening. Im 5'10 and 240 pds. I used to work out a lot ,but not so much anymore. Most of the weight is in the gut. Ive been exercising moderately. I used a 10 day detox (pills) about six weeks ago and also bought 3home test strips. I Used the first one after the detox and was clean with the 2nd red line visible. Last week I did the second test and was also clean with the 2nd red line faintly visible. I will use the last one this week. My drug screening will probably be at toward the end of this week. The test is done on the employers premises.

Is 10 weeks enough time to be clean for me? Also should I stop exercising now? Should I get a home test kit from the drug strore to be sure?

Is 10 weeks without smoking sufficient time to pass a urine test for a heavy/daily smoker? I am 5"10 and 240 pds. My test is on Thursday

Sorry I didn't see it and it was Monday Night Football and I had a great buzz last night.

I have seen people fail after 60-65 days clean. I have heard of 2 people failing after 70 days clean, one was 400 pounds and lazy and smoked a huge amount of weed (105 days) and then someone average body insane smoking habit (85 days). You are probably overweight so that probably isn't helping you but 70 days is a long time. So it is possible although not very common but you are doing the right thing using the home test. Use the first void of the day. Stop exercising now.

Glad you got your answers. I read you question but didn't want to risk giving incorrect info. I think the answer you got is very trustworthy.

Same here, Anybody can answer a question as You see in this forum but there are only a few Who are correct. I leave that to Our resident expert and a few others here who have great knowledge and understand that bad info can cost a person everything.

10 weeks is usually plenty of time even for a large guy. Why would you want to stop exercising? You are a tubby guy, and exercise is good for you. After you pass your test, go buy a bicycle and pedal your 240lb ass around town and you will feel much better.

if its a piss test you should pass its only hair tests that require a vast amount of time clean
