Sprout looking deathly

The tips 2nd set of leaves have black spots at the tips and both have yellowish/light brown sections going across them horizontally (I think from the pH being too high for a bit b/c once I lowered it the plant resumed growing a healthy green color. Should I snip the tips of the leaves or just leave them? I will try to post pictures soon.

Ok well the tips of the 2nd set of leaves are shriveling up and dying but the rest of the leaves look fine... even the rest of the 2nd set looks green and healthly save the tips. Still can't post pics :wtf: waiting on my damn room mate to go to his house and get the cord for it.
