i have read alot of your posts, and noticed that you suffer from
some anxiety. i was wondering, in your opinion, to make my harvest
anti anxiety (its an indca strain) what color should the trichomes
be? I know cloudy is a head high and amber is a more narcotic
high, which is better for anxiety???? i could really use anyones input
on this! I get alot of panic attacks and really want anti anxiety.

Well I think it is a little more complicated than simply the anxiety by itself for me- I have had the absolute BEST results with a narcotic high, smoking righ tbefore bed, since my anxiety and panic attacks usually manifest themselves by waking up in the middle of the night stressing over some ridiculous little detail like oh noes!!!1! I forgot to mail my insurance payment that isn't due for 3 more weeks!!! You know what I mean? The heavy stony narcotic stuff helps me sleep through the night and as a result I also don't get that crabby bitchy anxious underslept thing going on the next day , either.
Being a bit on the impatient side, I generally harvest at mostly cloudy with a really minimal amount of amber- early, by most standards- but the strains I've had good luck with are already couchy/sleepy as hell so it isn't an issue. I'd look to strains that are listed as anti-anxiety and experiment with them. For the good sleep/relaxation effect, my all time favorite strain is the Black Indica from Plan B Collective but the only vendors I am aware of who carry it are BC Bud Depot (bad rep) and Sacred Seeds (will not ship to countries where seeds are illegal). I had to physically drive to Toronto to get them, lol!!! And I live in Mass...
Anyway you are alreday on the right track with a nice indica and you are correct about allowing more amber for a heavier high.
Not everyones' anxieties are the same, so it is IMHO a matter of trying out different strains and harvest times and seeing what works for you. Keep notes! good luck!
