I'm wondering if you are burning them....are you misting them with the light on? I'd also check the ph of your soil runoff and see what it comes up as....Don't know enough about soil to really offer anything....sorry.....looks like possibly ph lockout.
Here is an excellent troubleshooting chart.....hope it helps. Good luck. :)

When i mist them, i pull them from under the lights, and mist for anywhere between 15 - 20 minutes. I mist when the leaf is not holding water anymore. Before i put them back under the light, all the water on the plant leaf is gone, this will last about an hour or so. My thought is that since they are under a 400W MH that the hour or so they are not there will not hurt them. These plants are only 15 days old.
If this is pH lockout from the soil, would a flush take care of the problem or am i better off just going with a soilless mix and disgarding the premix that they are in now (it is MG premix and i have seen alot of people having problems with that).
Thoughts and opinions are greatly appreciated since this is my very first grow

I think that foliar feeding at such a young age can do more harm than good. Hold off on foliar feeding for now. (Others opinions may differ)
Check the runoff PH next watering and give a good flush with PH adjusted water.
I use MG soil and generally run into a little N deficiency in the beginning however they seem to pull through it after a week (2 good waterings).
Occasional flushing is good to do anyway.

I believe your in lockout, your plants are showing several def's
sulphur and calcium for sure
whats the soil brand your using
whats the PH of your water
whats the PH of the soil

my soil is MG premix (thinking of going to a mix that is manure and humus and then adding perilite (2:1 ratio)...sound familer...Stinkyattic?)
The pH of the water is 7.2
The pH of the soil ranges from 6.9 - 7.4
I was thinking of doing a flush, it is getting close to watering time anyways.

after a second look at your pics enlarged it def looks like the misting is the problem you can see little dots on the leaves caused by the misting and it more solid where the moisture is gathering at the centers of the leaves
