Busted at School

So I got called out of 1st period today and taken to my car, apparently someone had seen me and my 2 amigos smoking before school, when they searched my car they found my bowl and cigarettes, I had to go take a drug test, which I won't pass, to see if I qualify for under the influence. The school cop scraped my bowl and said I'm getting possession too. So with all those charges, possession, paraphernalia, cigarettes and under the influence. Do you think I have a chance to avoid expulsion? Right now I've been suspended for 10 days. I've never been in trouble before though. I live in Virginia if that matters.

Why the fuck did you let them search your car, they're not the cops and even if they were just because someone said you and a friend were smoking doesn't give them probable cause to search your vehicle. I suggest watching that Barry Cooper movie. He's a retired DEA agent who tells you what's legal and what's not, good places to hide a your stash in a vehicle, and tricks that the police and DEA use to get you to pretty much admit it.

Kalmah, did you even read the guys post? It was a cop and you don't have the same rights on school grounds as you do elesewhere. Think before you post dude.
