what did we just buy?

i usually smoke green but will now and again swop to a little hash. i bought an ounce yesterday which seems quite nice - it's less than an inch thick, a lightish brown colour like wet sand, the graining is very dense inside with slightly broken layers at the top, there is a very thin 'rind' top and bottom the colour of galaxy chocolate, it doesn't smell very pungeant unburnt, is really strong in odour when burnt, can be flaked into a joint without heating it, remains brittle no matter what, is slightly sticky to the touch and produces a very head-level buzz. it's quite intense.

the thing is that both myself and the friend i usually buy with got this, slightly overprice, from a trusted source who thought it was pollum. i don't think so. it's certainly better than normal soapbar, slate or whatever but the mystery remains. what did we just buy? :stoned:

also my friend and our 'shopkeeper' have experienced more than usually numb lips and a little burn in the mouth from it. it doesn't ruin the smoke, it wouldn't put me off but it's something else to mention.

can anyone clear-up the mystery off the unknown smoke?

can't post a pic guys as cam is knacked. however just found this thread at another forum (hope it's ok to add link) and the hash shown half-way down the page is almost the same...

paid £75 for it. usually £60 an o for standard. just sampled a bit more, actually. crumbles into dust if you work it between your fingers. very heady high that's really nice.

If its good then great.
But if its normal 60 then someone made 15 off you

When you buy soapar, you're buying everything shit you can imagin, dirt and all kinds of crap. Move over the a green stuff and you will actually be paying for cannabis, not shit you can find of the floor of a street. My 2 cents.

it sounds like the uk equivilant of pollen. which is not pollen. it probably was once. its higher quality that soapbar but by no means pollen. its smokeable, but then you dont know what its been cut with cus it will have been. look up on here how to purify soapbar/hash. its the best way. youll have less but your body will thankyou. youll also be able to find out how pure it is and wether it is worth buying.

but to behonest the only hash i will ever by is that made by my grower. its far to easy to add stuff to it and no one wants that. not alot else i can say really.
