I was just wondering about the price medical marijuana. Is it more expencive than what you'd get off a dealer? Obviously its medical quality so youd probably happily pay a little extra.

Ive 'heard' that it is supposed to be cheaper due to the fact most medical marijuana is donated from the underground growing community !!
Dont hold me to that though !!
i think ive heard thats its pretty expensive like 75 an eighth
yeah its eaither more expensive or just as expensive, when I was in Bako a freind got an eaith of purps for 100 an eith. This is the US main donations are a myth here.
my friend gets his stuff there and he sells it for 40-50 an eigth and i know hes making profit, but maybe its because he buys in bulk

I live in an area with local police that are happy to pull down their pants and touch their toes for the feds, so the co-ops are hard to find and often you have to drive long distances to get to them. I've only been to some in the desert area, and because there are maybe a handful that serve the desert as well as the Inland Empire region, none of them seem to even try to compete on their prices. $75 an 8th is all I have been paying, but as long as the quality is there I'm not concerned.
I've heard about some places in the LA/OC area that cap their prices at $45, but I have yet to try any of those places out yet, but it is obvious that when you get into an area with more co-ops, the price falls dramatically.
If the feds would stop wasting tax dollars on raiding these co-ops and pass a law allowing them, the prices would fall dramatically. I think if the government realized how much money they could make from taxing medical marijuana then they would be all over the idea, but right now they are too stubborn to realize that. (which is useful since our government submits to the all mighty dollar)
Nailhead - Are there even any co-ops left open here in the Inland Empire? I know there are delivery services but I thought they had got all the co-ops except for the ones in Palm Springs. Funny how the Feds don't bother the co-ops that serve the rich old Republicans.
PC :smokin:
I don't know of any in the IE that aren't delivery, and I don't think I'd ever try one of those....I'm not that lazy, I don't mind driving a little lol. I just wish more people that use cannabis for medical reasons would talk to their friends and family about it, because too many people are hush hush about it as if they should feel ashamed by it. But in reality, I know a lot of people would be surprised by how many friends/family members they have that are using cannabis in some way whether for recreation or medical uses.
I talked to a friend who's dad has cancer but doesn't want to try using cannabis because he is afraid of setting a bad example for his kids. It's really sad that somebody will die a more painful death simply because of lies from our own government that have given this great medicine a bad reputation.
Not here in New Mexico! These growers are here for pure greed even if your sick and dying they dont care, money speaks which really sucks. $60 at least for an eighth of crap!!
Nailhead and Pharmacan,
Have either of you tried KGB meds? I have been thinking of calling them. I called Dankmeds and was shocked at the prices. Do either of you know of the other co-ops and if they are cheaper? Also, who has the best service? I would really appreciate any advice as I just recently got my mmic. Isn't it a bummer that there are no medical maijuana docs in the high desert either? My doc is in Orange county and the drive sux! I wish there was a co-op to visit instead of delivery as I would feel more comfortable with that.
Thank you! All the best,
