Should I use 12/12...or is it too early?
I am currently at about 3.5 weeks from seed, and they have grow big and fast. I have 3 fat bushy plants from 6-10" and 5-7 nodes with no signs of preflowers yet. Is it too soon to switch to 12/12 or should I be fine now? I am also limited on space big time, I have LST on one plant, and don't want them to out grow the cabinet.

I would flower now if space is an issue. They are right at the maturity level where they are ready to show sex. If you wait another couple of weeks you will start to see preflowers. Also you might try to FIM them if you are limited in vertical space, but have plenty of horizontal space to work with. If you do FIM them make sure not to flower for at least 2 weeks after you make the cut so it can recover and not be in shock when you start flowering.

It's up to you, but in the long run you will be happy to veg longer. If that's the cabinet I think you have plenty more height right?

I'd say crop and LST them now, then flower in a couple of weeks...
