prob late September.....You couldn't go wrong with that....Plants are usually done by the equinox ...the first day of October or so..but late September isn't bad either
Plus I'm gonna guess that Georgia and Oklahomas climate isn't that much different....So yeah... your safe with late September...If your an eager grower that is..I myself am some what impatient and will be chopping down soon enough
thanks!
im new york state my arent ready to harvest till mid oct after frost
we need more info
The strain of pot you're growing has a lot to do with when you harvest. Some early flowering strains are done by late August, many indica's are done in September or October, and a good sativa might not be done until November.
If you're not sure what kind of plants you are growing, you can get a good idea by looking at the leaves and growing structure of the plant. Tall plants with long, thin leaves are probably sativa dominant, and short bushy plants with fatter leaves are probably indica.
Another way to tell when a plant is ready to harvest is by looking at the pistils and the trichomes. When the pistils have started to die back and the trichomes are a milky or slightly amber color, your plants are ready to harvest.
Hope this was helpful
Depends on when the trichs are ready dude. Pull them before a freeze, but not before the trichs have the right color.
If u place your gurls outdoors,in late May or early June...... Then you should be able to harvest in late Oct. The photoperiod here in Georgia is ideal in Oct through Late November provided there is no threat of a hard frost.
