Saliva Tested ** Blue Swab?

I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about a saliva cotton swab test.. i had the swab in my mouth for about 5-10 minutes and when i took it out i had a foul taste in my mouth and the swab started to turn BLUE?

can someone tell me if this is a good or bad sign?

No one has any experiences with saliva tests?
