Secrets is a GREAT place I have bought many many things from there. the staff know what their talking about and very helpful. AND YES THEY DO CARD. 18+ only!

yeah, unfortunately, but around belmont there are places/people who will totally sell without ID, I even smoked up with them a couple times! I can't tell though, sorry, I am sure if you just get to known some more stoners around the area, you could get hooked up
