I have just come home from a holiday in america and i was shocked at how little news coverage of the world out side of america there is. I knew nothing about the fires in europe or anything anywhere else. Me and my brother went around kissimmee with a map and asked 100 americans to point out iran on a map only 2 could.

Well, you just weren't keeping yourself informed then. I'm in America and I know about the Turkish elections, the catastrophic fires in Greece, the yucky pollution problems in Beijing which could affect the Olympics next year, the newly detained Iranians in Iraq, and so on. The news is all out there; you just didn't look very hard.
