anyone familliar with this symptom??

i have never had this before. the plant is northern light and it has been doing great until recently when the season kicked in. everything is flowering except her, she is sexed but no buds yet.

looks like it's some kind of difficency, the problem is i don't know what is is, can enyone help please??
all the leaves mostly new growth, seem to be inverting inwards here are some pics:

Looks like it may be a ph issue but I'm not a soil grower so I'm not sure.
