how to make sticky weed

i know that the best weed i have ever smoked was really sticky
how can i get this effect with my buds?
is it a water thing or fert thing?
i want it really sticky n also how do i make my buds hard instead of soft?
any thoughts?

well your buds wont get very hard, thats a compression thing.. i assume your plants are 100% femme right? now DONT quote me on this one (ask someone with a bit more exp here) but the way ive always got super sticky buds is by waiting longer to harvest.. like mid december, after we've had a couple good cold snaps.. it seems to break those glands inside and it coats the outside (thats my theory at least) but i live in florida, so it might be a completley different story in your region

i live in ny, and i half way through september my buds were so sticky that when you break it up it literally pulled apart and stuck to your fingers also if you aqueezed your thumb and index finger they would stick for a while lol. so cool lol:rasta:

the amount of resin you get depends on the strain of weed you grow they are all differant

i went to buy a tiener once, and the guy just stuck this big nugget to my forhead and asked if that was dank enough for me :rastasmoke: hell yeah it was!!!

The amount of resin(stickiness) the plant makes is based ultimately on genetics and your ability to unlock the plant's full potential. You want sticky hard buds? Look for genetics that have potent hard buds.

umm i just got a new female plant about 1month into flowering i just wanna know if theres any like tricks of the trade to get sticky buds

he said it the best. or just let your plant grow for as long as you can to get your plants full potential. probobly the best you could do
