Perserving Seeds
I hope this is the right forum for this question but I ordered some seeds and just realized that my lease is up pretty soon. Now I dont want these seeds going bad on me a few months down the road but whats the best way to keep these seeds perserved that even 4 months down the road they'll still pop open and all
Thanks in Advance

put them in a container with some rice ... the rice will absorb excess moisture, seeds are easy to find in the white rice ... keep in refrigerator, can keep for years like that ... :smokin:

Well I just germinated my five year old seed just a couple weeks ago. I just placed it in my desk drawer in a small ziploc bag, not all zipped up though, to give it some air. Just place it a ziploc in a dark place and room temperature.

Small bag or jar with silica gel (small packets that absorb moisture)

silica gel also works well ... rice is free, free is good ... and, refrigerator is advised - cool, dark, and tends to dehydrate, also ... :smokin:

Never heard of the fridge but makes sense, and maybe that way they won't get lost either. Thanks Man!
