UA's for jobs - Are they usually unsupervised?

I'm supposed to get tested in 3 days. I am a heavy smoker and I'm positive I will fail it so I am going to bring a little bottle with heated, clean urine in it. I just need to know if I will be supervised.

I need to know this because I haven't had to take a piss test for any of the jobs I worked in the past. When I got in some trouble and was on supervised probation and had to take UA's for the court, I was always supervised because they're more strict about it.

So from experience, has anyone been supervised while peeing, or do they just usually send you off to a bathroom to do your thing? I know different jobs have different methods, but I'm just talking about a regular job, not some kind of government job or the like.

They only observe if you give them cause. Do an advanced search using the terms observe, or observed in the drug testing forum and you will find many responses on this matter.
