so ive never really smoked anything other then just regs i get of my dealor but i wanna pick up a nice strain that will give me a body high and a head high. any help guyz?

Sounds like you want a hybrid strain; perhaps 50-50% indica/sativa then.

You certainly can't go wrong with White Widow. Out here in Cali, this is a de-facto strain, and pretty damn good all the way around.

agreed, unless your like a connissuer(sp?) you wont even really notice the difference anyways.

Just ask for some highs. Most times, your dealer has no damn clue what specific strain it is that he is selling. Or at least thats the case around where I am at.
