We even had a civil war about that. Federal drug laws are illegal. I always have felt, and always will feel, that way.
government doesnt really care what the constitution says. if they did, our labor wouldnt be getting taxed.
I think the States should have thought of that before they passed the Substance Control Act of 1970.
They delegated their power away.
