Well I've been up all night (and all day) working on a take-home exam for my Engineering Physics course... fun stuff :cool:
But yeah, I finally got a possible solution, only took 8 hours... SO naturally I smoked a bowl. But man, I've been inside all day (except for when I hit up my chill'n spot in the woods :D ), so I figured a lil excersize would do me good (especially since I don't work out like I used too...). Couple sets of push ups, sit ups and thrust-ups (where you get on push-up position on your knees and push yourself as far off the floor as you can; its for bad elbows like mine)...
Yeah my elbows suck, i went from benching 305lbs to barely putting up 150 a few years ago, when I fucked up my elbows... I've gotten some back but I aint what I used to be :( I should start lifting again....

Definitely get back into lifting. It keeps you young! that sucks about your elbows taking a shit on you. I know how it is, I busted the ACL in my left knee and I can't play ice hockey until I get it fixed. It SUCKS not being able to hit people into the boards and trying to cause injuries to their person.
I miss hockey. This NHL lockout is the worst thing ever!! I can't play hockey I can't watch hockey.... where the fuck is my 357?

Shit dude, be careful getting back into it with an ACL injury. My buddy fucked his up junior year of high school, was out all football season. The next year he fucked it up again on the first day of hitting - during STRETCHES.
