looking for MM friendly doctors

I really cant sleep at night inless i force my eyes shut . But back in the day i would smoke a little and fall asleep after awhile.. I think i have a case of insomnia but i dont know people say you cant sleep period.. so im asking for a friendly doctor around the sacramento area..
