"Upload of file failed"..?

Im getting this message as im trying to change my profile picture.

Sit.Rep.(situation report..sorry been playing too much swat4 :) )anyone?

disregard this. it actually changed, but still get the message when I try to change the picture.

Any glitches or bugs up in here?

I get when I try to upload bud pics straight from my computer....I always have to upload to photobucket first.

ive always uploaded straight from my pc and never gotten this message before.

just simply try again? maybe its the formet of it
