I guess this probably belongs in current events whoops. :rastasmoke:
Wow, my grandma was saying she hoped this would'nt happen the other day and then it does. That's so sad. I can't believe the people they're trying to rescue are even alive. R.I.P
I was going to post something like this. Its really quite sad. Whats even worse is that I gurantee that those miners are dead. This whole event is messed up.
man thats really messed up. few more days and i think its time to stop looking for these people, theres been no signs of remote success and now ppl are dying? time to give up in my opinion
They also said another mine that the owner of this mine owns has had over 2,700 safety violations since 2005 and has twice the amount of accidents as most mines. And that owner was on the news a couple days ago saying he has a great safety record
:wtf:
Yeah I seen that too, and this mine had over 300 safety violations. They say that that much is "common" which surprised me. To me that sounds awful. I think hes just trying to cover his ass, he knows after this is all done the public and victims are gonna eat him alive
I thought he was in trouble before and now that this happened it will be even worse for him. He's probably gonna go hide from everyone in one of those caves now.
haha well what will probably happen is that he'll declare bankruptsy so no one can get any cash from him. But b/c of his cheapness (not fixing the problems that were brought to attention example:300 FREAKIN' problems) a shit load of people died. So to me I say he deserves jail time AT LEAST. I mean one of those guys is in his early 20's and the others have kids and wives for gods sake.
there are actual charges you can bring someone up for exactly that.. killing someone not by doing something but by not doing something. i forgot what it's called, "****** neglect" i think. anyways if they can prove that this guy didnt do something that may have caused this, he is so fked its not funny. besides, when these people are realized to be dead (lets just say they are) then you can imagine the reaction from every family member when they hear that info on this guy's track record.. and you can be sure their next reaction will be to call up that lawyerQuote:
