Best program for making beats?

going to make some orginal beats for a movie im planning.

I use Propellerhead's Reason 3.5 it's pretty powerful when you get the hang of it... check out the link for an example of shit ive made with it.

Fruity loops! All the way!

Maybe check out the "streetboxx sb-246"

i've used fruity loops myself and i liked it... however its the only one ive used though

TUAREG it is a good program and FREE. There is tuareg 1, free and full sized versions, and tuareg 2, which needs to be purchased to get any good stuff out of it.

Ableton Live.

It beats the poo out of fruityloops.

Have you upgraded yet? I've got 4 and the Thor synth is friggin sick.

No I havent upgraded yet, does the upgrade cost money? i was watching the demo vid on the site and it does look pretty damn intriguing
