Pollen from flowers
One of my Nebula from my outdoor grow just showed male, it's a big, fruity smelly, hearty, bushy, beautiful plant.:( I want to get, save, and use the pollen from the flowers to cross with my indoor strains, especially the Lowryders. Any suggestions on what's the best way to go about it?

I would not bother pollenating a lowryder with anything but an autoflowering strain unless you have the time and space to commit to breeding, and even then, I'd use the LR as the MALE in the cross so you can select your females for flower structure/quality.
You can save pollen by collecting it from the male flowers and mixing it in a jar of flour with some dry rice in there to absorb moisture, cap tightly, label, and store int he fridge.

never heard about flour or rice for pollen? is this how you do it?

flour makes a little pollen go a long way- you 'cut' the pollen with flour to stretch it out and make it go further, since you just need a single grain per seed
Rice sucks up excess moisture, and makes the pollen last longer as a result.
