HELPPP NEED HELPP growing

basically i have never grown i have 10-12 seeds and am willing to buy wut ever is neccesary can some one tell me how to grow sucsessfully by the way it is summer time so i prob cant grow outside and thus i believe i wud have to make a secret growing room or something like that TO get the supplies i will need to say it is for other things so please give me ideas for that too
i germinated some seeds in a water bottle and planted in soil but they didnt grow probobally cus i left it on the window sill haha
any way just give me all the advice possible i read lots of guides on growing but they all seem to not help me in my situatuon thank u

IF, as you say, you have READ several grow-books, and still don't have a clue, perhaps you have chosen the wrong project for yourself ... good luck :smokin:

What is your living situation? How stealth do you have to be? How much space do you have?
