Quick Question

Heres a little scenario i've been toying with trying, but I got caught and charged with possesion of drug paraphanelia about a yr. ago, so im hella sketchy now when im smoking in my car. Anyways, if me and say two of my friends roll a blunt, ash out the window and smoke while driving, and say 45 minutes later we get pulled over, with the entire blunt gone and no ash or a roach anywhere, could westill get in some sort of legal trouble if the car smelled of mj but there was no evidence?

no. if a cop smelled mj he could search your car, but if he didnt find anything, then you wouldnt get in trouble

You could get driving while impaired depending on the state / cop. It's always best to smoke somewhere safe, like at home. I know not everyone can do that but if you can it's best. I'm always that asshole in my circle that makes everyone stay at the house we're at to smoke instead of driving...seems that same circle forgets that a couple of our friends got arrested for driving around with the stuff on them not too long ago =\
