Helio?

So, I've been a Sprint wireless customer for a few years, but I got so tired of their terrible customer service, so I switched to this new company called "Helio". Anyone else use them or heard of it?

Just wondering what everyone thought of the service so I kinda know what I'm getting myself into:)

Helio - It's not a phone!

My friend has one, she's pretty happy with it. It makes such pretty sounds lol.

So you were with Sprint for a few years, then changed to Helio to get away for the bad customer service, and you dont even know if Helio has good customer service? next time do the research before you change service providers.

my friend had helio for a while and he said it was waay too expensive and just sucked in general
