BATTLES, anyone heard of them?

I saw a little bit about this band on the site for thier record label, but still didnt really know much about them. just picked thier album Mirrored up today after seeing it in the cd shop and deciding i was intrigued enough and the cover art was a cool photo...I must say this one of the most pleasantly unique headfucks Ive had in a few years, the album is very different yet also amazing, im on my second listen through this time with a good pair of headphones on and it's starting to sink in a little more this time, im sure this band would not be for all listeners as it is a bit experimental, which makes a bit of sense as they are a Warp Records artist. If you have an open mind with music or are into experimental and unique shit, give it a try.
