over the internet untill your an adult now?

no lol im actually 18 years old but all my friends are 21+ so i like to go by young toke

You can. Just not here, at least not without the possibility of account deletion/banishment. But sure, people are free to use illegal substances and talk about them in other places as much as they want. Our owner didn't change the rules of the Internet or alter anyone's freedom to choose to use illicit substances. He simply changed the rules for the site he owns.

well i didnt think that this new rule applied to other forums or sites, but i just dont understand the point of this new rule.

Well, it's pretty simple. The point is to make this a site for adults and to raise the maturity level and lower any potential liability at the same time that these boards might incur from having kids here.
