anyone know.
i would think that you should already have some carrots if you thinned them out at all. dont pick all at once, go through and pull every other couple of carrots and the rest will continue growing through the summer.
I onlt have 2 carrots. and they R about a foot apart.
ok now what about the chilli peppers. ther bright red. do I pick em now?
I only have 2 carrots. so when should they be ready to harvest.
the leafs R long and big. the have been in the soil for about 2-3 months as of now.
Do you still have the seed packs? It should say on there. There are many varieties and some are fastern than others.
Chilis, if they look ripe, pick them.
ooo yah I picked a few that were red.
and oops I for got I still had the seed packet. so thanks for reminding me stinky.
funny, only 2 carrots? there are like a 200 seeds in a pack? lol. just testing the water i guess. im guessing they are ready since those are one of the first things to be done, except radishes and which we plant in the same rows as carrots to save space in the garden. radishes out, carrots grow up, get thinned out, eat the baby carrots and let the others grow up. you could have eaten them in july. lol. how are they? they get sweeter as you leave them, but there is a point where they will get too big and split open. let us know.
