The only time I smoked weed was in 2003. But I wanna do it again somewhere in 2008 because now I don't think I am spiritually, intellectually, and in other ways ready for weed. But how do you know the police don't read messages on cannabis.com and arrest some people that post here? When I eventually decide to smoke weed again, I want only fun from it, I don't wanna be arrested for that.

The chances of being busted can be minimized by first NEVER posting pictures of your face or grow! Don't give out your city- state is OK. Don't boast about your 100 plant grow- large numbers can draw unwanted attention. If you're in Cali or other MMJ state- get legal (but don't get the state card). Use incense, drier sheet tube, or get a vaporizer. Don't throw loud parties. DON'T DEAL!!!
Child, there are a whole s**t-load of tokers out there- most studies give the number at 40% of Americans who have smoked pot at least once in their lives. Current users run about 10%. If the cops were regularly busting from this site, there would be far more "I got busted" threads. Just use some sense in your posts!
Your friends and neighbors are the biggest threat! If your friends get busted, they may rat on you. Keep on good terms with the neighbors. Resentment from past misdeeds and arguments + pot = bust! If you are on good terms, the neighbor may ignore your pot use. - Granny:hippy: (who has never been busted!)
Well, asuming your not connecting to the site anonymously, they would have to warrent the DC that the site is in to get access to the server. Then they would have to go to YOUR isp with a warrent, in order to get access to the database, so that they can find your name/address.
Now, do you think that they would go to all this trouble, just charge one person with possetion, or possibly intent to supply?

We're talking New York City, which has over 8.2 million people. That's more than a number of entire states combined. I don't think he has much to worry about.
Most New Yorkers mind their own business, but it's true what somebody said about it being a good idea not to advertise the fact that you use it by loud parties, smoke coming out of doors and/or windows, etc. Also, keep the shades closed when indulging.
The way that most people that get busted in NYC is by smoking or dealing in the streets - as in hanging out on a corner and selling to a lot of customers. Buying in the street is OK, as in just meeting your connection and transfrerring the cash and goods on a sidestreet. They really don't care at all about people doing it at home. Possession of less than 25 grams is a misdemeanor. There's a Medical bill in Albany right now that will probably go through, which should make things even better, even for those without a card.
Oh, so possessing less than 25 grams of marijuana is just a misdemeanor in New York City? If you are only a buyer of it, but not a seller? And I need less than 25 grams of weed to get high? Maybe my questions are stupid, but some people are stupid, so maybe I am also stupid.
Yeah you'll definetely need A LOT less than 25g to get high. Also, like cheese on toast said, first this site would have to give you up and then your isp would have to give you up just for the pigs to know who you are. It won't happen.

As long as you arn't posting here with things like: "Hey guys, this is me (picture of you holding your social security card and driver's liscence). I have a grow op (picture of grow op).
