??what to pick for my next grow??

hey im just a newbe at this and in the middle of my first grow.This is what im working with and with so much to choose from I dont know what to get. Next time I need something thats well rounded in Quality, Yeild & Beginner Friendly for the space & equipment I have. I'm thinking of going with the FloraNova "Keep it simple recirculating program" I'm also gitting more of the small lights for veg & bloom to put on the sides w/the big one on the top. Im no expert by any means, matter of fact im a new grower myself. But those plants look like they are streching for the light. How close do you have it?
