I have heard that smoking through a soda can is bad for your brain and causes some type of mental problem or something. Whatever it maybe, is using a can bad for your health, or is it just a common misconception. I use this technique when im really desperate and i dont have a piece, but even then is it still bad for u?

i would not recommend it over a long period of time. even then, possibly nothing will happen to you. but there's been shown a link between aluminum and alzheimer's.

There are many argugents for and against how aluminium can cause alzheimers and if the lighter is hot enough to vapourise it bla bla.
Im sure smoking out of a can is something a lot of people have done when new to smoking (me included). If you are really worried about it dont do it. But IMO it wont hurt to do it a few times.
ya if you are doing it just a few times its not gonna hurt, but i would use an apple
