One-night stands

I don't sleep around much but I did have a one night stand a few days ago with a 20 year old College girl. I'm 21. We met at a party my friend invited me too. She had the hots for me right out of the gate. We started talked and ended up having some protected sex. It was great. I thought we had something going here maybe atleast a friendship with benefits.

The next few days pass and I still cannot get her out of my mind.. I'm starting to really like this girl. I end up seeing her again and she totally flips on me. "We shouldn't of had sex, I really like you but I'm seeing someone right now."

Which is fine, I didnt expect anything from her but I'm kickin' myself for falling for her and getting the heartache that comes along with it.

Prepare yourself mentally before-hand. Just make sure you dont try and kid yourself like everybody in the world thinks they can do. If you start feelin for her after the fact, slap yourself, drop the thought forcefully and occupy your mind with something else. Immerse yourself in a movie or the internet, go to the gym, hang out with friends.. but dont, for the love of God, let yourself fall for a one-night-stand again. If you dont think you can fuck like that without catching feelings, I would advise against going through with it.

I had a one night stand once when I was super fucked up. Then I left for college, so I didn't have time to get mentally attached.

most of the time, you should NOT try to pursue a girl that you met through a one-night-stand. like the grazi said, you shouldn't even be thinking about it at all.

relationships are non persuable with one night stands...........i've had 5 or 6, and i just wanted sex, they wanted sex, and that's what it was, bust my nut and leave..........end of story, and if you do run into them again there's always a chance for a re-sex lol it's rare but the first girl i saw again like twice and beat it....then she got faithful with her boyfriend and that was it for the fun lol

Just echoing the sentiment already sprinkled throughout this thread. If you like a girl, don't label it a one night stand and try to kid yourself into thinking that it actually is a one night stand.

If you truly want a one night stand, find someone you're either impartial to (ie, someone who doesn't interest you at all) or one that you can't stand at all, someone you see many flaws in their personality. You probably won't get attached :)

What happens if she is worth it?

if she is not committed to her boyfriend, then you have a shot, but if she is all about him then why is a cheater worth it?

maybe you should have stated before hand you want a long term relationship.
its just sex its not love... there s a differance.

Go out and have another one night stand. You might feel yourself falling for her since she has told you that you shouldn't have had sex so she has become "forbidden fruit." You want what you can't have.
