ok im from south alabama and it normally doesnt get to 70 degrees here until late november..i was wondering if i could do an outdoor grow and have enough time... my friend gave me the idea when he told me he sprouted some old bag seeds he had... was just wondering if i have enough time... thanks in advance for any input
I am in south Mississippi.... you probably have enough time, I normally don't figure the first frost till Thanxgiving or thereabouts
ok ...well this will be my first grow i have done a lot of research on pest problems and know how to take care of that other than that what type of soil do you use?? and once i put it outside i should just let it be except for watering it...and what type of ferts do you use??

Organic fertilizers like blood meal and fish emulsion can attract coons and skunks looking for a free meal! While they are searching for that "lovely" smell, your plants are getting trashed! If you are growing in the wild, you may want to use chemical ferts, but I'm an organic grower and I'd go with the organics and spread chili pepper powder around the plants.
Cannabis is a light sensitive plant. Planting late will result in a smaller harvest. If you can avoid an early frost, you should be OK. Soak the seeds the night before you plant and if possible, plant a day before it is predicted to rain. - Granny:hippy:
Lately i wouldnt be surprised if you didnt have til mid fucking december. I'm in atlanta and a nice hard frost doesn't usually hit til then, esp after the past 2-3 years.
