swallowing smoke

sorry for the dumb question, but how do you mean swallowing smoke?

Its when the smoke goes into your esophagus, which leads to your stomach, as opposed to your trachea, which leads to your lungs.

erm, taking a hit, then swallowing, thus swallowing smoke

Haha ya i swallow smoke a shit tonn and i dont mean to either.
It usually happens if you take a little bit to big of a hit, and your bodys natural impulse is too swallow, like swallowing saliva, but instead your shoving smoke into your stomach. If you havent eaten or your stomach is weak, you can actually throw up, but afterwards youll feel fine. I smoked right before school and swallowed a shit ton of smoke, in my first period I burped and smoke came out. Luckily noone smelled it (except for my friends) haha..

lol I've done that in school when I was a teenager.. and it wasn't cigarette smoke that came out ;)
