help...think I got BUGS now!!!!

ok so got all the nutes and elements taken care of,but upon inspection today i have a few tiny holes in some of mt new leaves on one of my plants.My girlfriend pointed out some tiny black flying insects and I'm not sure what to use to get rid of them... If anyone has any suggestions that would be nice:thumbsup:....since noone answered her....please give me some ideas....she was thinking tomato and veggies spray,but we were wanting something without a whole lot of chemicals.ty,ty:pimp:
