Outdoor Plants NOT BUDDING! Leaves yellow

I put my plant outside about 2 month ago and it still hasnt started budding yet. Before i put it outside it was in a closet with very little light, just enough to keep if from not budding. It is a regenerated plant and is almost 1 year old... Is this normal or is there something i can do to make her bud? Also I checked my plant a couple days ago and noticed that some of the leaves are yellowing, then dying...Before they die, they get a small brown spots on them....It rained for 2 weeks straight and has been sunny ever since with some rain. Could this problem be because of the rain...or other problems...I can get a pic also if that helps

Prob about 12-13 hrs

its outdoors so you just have to be patient it will probably start flowering sometime in august.

gettin' about 15+ hours of light here in northern California, don't expect mine to flower for another month ... :smokin:
