I assume you have root rot? Is that why you are talking peroxide?
Don't stop watering.
Raise your lights a little.
CLEAN your system as best you can without disturbing the plants- remove any stray bits of organic matter- dead leaves, clumps of algae, dead bugs, etc.
Treat with peroxide.
And wait until a hydro expert stops by to help- I'm not particularly well versed in NFT troubleshooting.
