Debunking the drug testing myths

So I was watching myth busters and with all the drug testing on my mind lately, I thought ti would be a cool thing to write into them to see if they can bust drug testing myths for all us smokers out there (I bet Adam and Jamie light up, come on). I imagine they wouldnt due to the nature of the myths, so I started thinking how I myself could do so. I was thinking of getting all the information of how drug tests at labs are conducted, seeing if I could purchase some high quality drug test kits, if not the ones they use, getting multiple individuals who I know are positive, and running them through many different common methods of trying to pass a drug test. I would document all of this on video and post it on you tube for the entire world to enjoy. Now, I think this would be incerdibly useful because of the popularity of youtube, and also people looking on the internet on how to pass a drug test. If it was legit enough for people to be confident in the results, almost all of the questions that are asked on this forum (that are urinalysis related anyways) could be answered by posting a link to the video. The cost would be expensive, and would take time, but it would be worth it. It would have to be well thought out and I dont know how willing I would be to show my face in a video like that, so Im still thinking it through but I would really like to do this. Do you guys think I could pull this off accuratly, and it would be as useful as I think it would be?

Any accurate testing would be good.I'm still not so sure I trust those test strips like I use at home.It would be nice to have a friens ata a lab that could do the real test to see if it works.

You don't have to show your face, just show up to your neck or something.

If you really wanted to do a scientific study on these myths you really should have access to blood testing. You would need to get accurate THC metabolite levels and urine levels can fluctuate from fluid intake. Home tests also don't give you a number only higher or lower than 50 ng/ml.

What goes on at a lab is no big secret. Most of the time immunoassay tests are conducted using machines (not test strips) and all non negative results are confirmed using GC/MS.
