Over in CO, we say cashed, gone, done, toast, out, dead, etc.
When it's almost to that point, I'll say there might be survivors in it (might be some left, but not sure...hit it if you want, but remember I give you heads up).

Almost gone = 'hit for the brave'.

cashed. we like to hit it until someone ends up with ash in their mouth though. makes things more interesting. unless you're the one with ash in your mouth, then its just bogus.

cashed, done, might be a hit left and sometimes when that is said the person to hit it next might end up with a bunch of ash in their mouth lol.
