so as i logged on to yahoo to check my mail, i noticed this apple cider vinegar article on how it is a 'cure all'
lol, well after reading it helps with digestive and possible weight and such, i decided to down 2 tbp......lol ew ew eeeew
omg, tasted like ass, but i'll let you guys know if it works/ Im gonna try to take it everyday for a week or so. wish me luck....hope i dont turn into a pickle, ahahaha
yeah, i read that it helps with cleaning out for a drug test, i took one swig and was fucking over it.
I knew this lady and apple cider vinegar was all she bathed in. She thought it helped get rid of toxins. I dont know. I just kinda' thought she smelled like a douche all the time !:wtf:

Easy way. Make a salad (bet you don't eat enough veggies, anyway ;)) add the vinegar, some olive oil and a couple of shakes of Parmasian cheese and Italian seasoning, pepper, maybe a bit of garlic or onion powder! it is really bad for your teeth, i was doing it a while for acne, i recommend not doing it.
Yes it is acidic, but no more than soda! (Yes, soda is as acidic as vinegar! It takes 42 grams of sugar to sweeten a 12 oz can. 28 grams = 1 ounce) Just remember to drink something non-acidic afterwards or better yet, brush your teeth. Now, go eat your salad! :eat:- Granny:hippy:
