Some people say so... I tried it but couldn't conclude its effects...

i have no experience or no opinion about it but you might be interested.
Go sing to them, you'll add CO2 to the air in there. And anyway, your housemates are sick of listening to you sing in the shower. The plants don't mind so much.

I read an article about a study, done many years ago, that suggested the vibrations from the bass beat loosened the soil, and aided in aeration ... however, the overall study said the plants seemed to dislike rock and roll (sort of contradictory, I thought :wtf:), and said plants generally seemed to like classical music ... (maybe find one of those Greenpeacers, they could 'ask' for ya) :D
Okay, then play them Tribe's 'Beats, Rhymes, and Life' - the album is great to begin with, very smooth and nice to smoketo, but the levels are weird and the bass comes trhough more than anything (no, it's not my stereo settings!!! ).Quote:

:p i started mine with bob marley , i found my plants bit more pop hearts so i change it to Bossa n Marley They love it ! and yes they dont like progresive sounds like House( they turn to the other side from speaker
