first time grower need some assistance!

hey im a first time growe, an my plant is doin well an is about a foot tall but the leaves towards the top appear to be shriveled the sides of the leaves are curved up and 2 leaves are kinda mishaped could it be the bulb im using or not enough water or whatever it could be please help me out!
