AODA drug complaince test
I had to take a UA today for part of my terms of probation, one that was sent to a lab.
I am 5'10 135 pounds and haven't smoked for 20 days, and before that I smoked 1-2 times the previous week. I took niacin 4-5 times (before reading it apparently doesn't do anything) and I am very active.
I tried the dilution method but did not have an adequate amount of time (test was at 8:15 am) I took the vitamin B complex (had about 3000% B2) and drank a lot of water.
What concerns me is when they asked me to take the UA, although I had drank a lot of water I still did not feel the urge to pee and had to force what little I could out of me. After taking the UA Then I started to have urges like I needed to go to the bathroom 30 minutes later. Although I drank only water that morning and the night before, because I didn't have a strong urge to pee does that mean that my test was less diluted than would be considered safe? It came out vitamin yellow as stated in the stickied thread but I just don't know if it was very diluted or not.
Any insight as to whether I still may have done the method correctly would be appreciated, and judging by my smoking history what are my chances of passing?

You didn't do dilution correctly as you should have been drinking a sport drink instead of water and you should have started earlier but based in your body size and usage you stand an excellent chance of passing. I normally don't give a number but I would say you stand a 9 in 10 chance of passing. Light usage plus body type and high activity are working for you to pass.

Well I did end up passing free and clear from the lab test. Why substitute with sports drink when diluting? I swear on the sticky it said anything liquid would work, water, pop cranberry juice or anything. I know i should have started earlier but I have issues waking up in the morning, no excuse when its something that really counts but yeah.

Sports drink help keep your specific gravity in the proper range because they contain salts.
It does say water, juice, etc in the first post but in the second post IAMN2POT comes to his senses and recommends sports drinks.
