hey im starting to sell bud and i wanna identify the strain to tell my customers becuase some are asking
it is dark green..jungle green with tons of purple/brown hairs, mixed with lots of visible, sparkly, nearly clear cystals...
anything even as small as indica or sativa would be a big help
help would be appreciated!

It is very doubtful that someone could tell you anything about the genetics of a cannabis bud from a picture. Even if they saw it first hand, they couldn't beyond a guess. Someone may be able to say it looks like strain X or strain Y or whatever, but buds from the same strain differ in how they look, sometimes dramatically depending on growing method, curing, etc. You could naroow it down more if you looked at the live plant, because there would be more points of reference to check against, but still, anyone who claims to be able to tell you with any degree of certainty what strain it is should be taken with a grain a salt. Indica or sativa maybe, because they give two different kinds of highs supposedly, but most strains are not pure indica or sative anyway. Most are hybrid.
In short, there is no certain way to know what strain you have, unless the grower or breeder tells you.

hahaha. ok. No reason to excuse yourself...I was just trying to say to the original poster that he wasn't gonna find out what strain it is, even though there are people here who would probably try and say that they could identify it.
