I don't remember.. what a blur

This one time, I was smokin with my sister and a few friends, but I wasn't sure if the weed was either reaaally strong or maybe it was laced... maybe you fellas can help me out.

We smoked out of a blunt, and I took about 2-3 hits. Hard ones.
Next thing I knew, I couldn't feel my pinky. I was staring at it at confusion, it felt like pins and needles or something.
I was curious, but started to get frightened when the shock of numbness spread from my pinky, in a line down my arm, so half my arm was numb.
Then it pretty much spread through my body.

I don't remember much of that night after that. I remember "Hey, we're gonna get pizza"
Then a second after "We got the pizza!" 40 minutes passed by without me knowing.
I remember thinking to myself "Man, I feel like eating some pizza," looked down at my hand, and pleasantly saw a half eaten slice.

Then I remember falling on a bed and sleeping the rest of the night.

A couple of friends felt a little numb, but not as bad as me. They couldn't explain it either. Can you guys?

Any numbness to the mouth? I know that if you lace it with yay, you feel some numbness.

it felt like sitting on your hand or something, until it goes numb, but all over my body.

Nothing to worry about you were just really really stoned,, happened plenty of times to me when i was a newbie
