Why does California have it's own forum instead of being with the rest of the other states in the Locals?
I have seen a stat that California has the highest amount of pot smoked per capita. It is also a medical marijuana state and has a strong growing culture. There are probably a lot of people from California on the boards so I bet all this contributes to them being listed separately.
ok i was about ot say every state does have it's own forum.. but hten i went down to the local sectoin and looked... and now i see what you mean...
every state has it's own subforum.... Cali has it's entire own forum...
so yeah, why does it?
My guess, as stated above, is that frankly, California was the most popular of all the sub-forum states for obvious reasons, and sundance. felt it necessary to give them their own forum.
That's what I deduced anyways...
Common knowledge saves the day (with help from FakeBoobsRule).
there are a lot of stoners in cali, everyone i meet here smokes....i wonder which area has the most
nothing to do specifically to do with this thread but i was watching cops the other night and a girl got pulled over with more than an oz in her car. she was busted the month before too. since she wasnt on probation the officer gave her a ticket to appear and let her drive off. in the background she was arguing with the officer about why mj should be legal. cool place to live i'd say. yeah it was in cali.
The answer to this question is simple - it's because we are cool. So cool that we deserve our own forum.
PC :smokin:
So Cal in the house!
It is because cali is the best state there is. and I don't even live there. Did you know that if California were it's own country, it would have the seventh largest economy in the world?
and the central part (the san joaquin valley) grows one third of the entire worlds agricultural foods.
its hard to believe but its true, if you ever drive the 99 or I-5 its hours and HOURS and miles and MILES of mostly farm fields as far as the eye can see there are some big towns/citys along the 5 and the 99 but compared to all the fields they are of farm land the citys are just a speck on the map
not to mention our state runs hundreds of miles north to south - we have deserts and beaches --- mountains and valleys
cool
hot
dry
wet
we can grow anything in one part of this state or another :D
