Well now britain has gone smoke free and also who the hell actually wants to smoke (cigs) I thought this might help.

I want to quit smoking. Even before I saw the thread, I actually had made today, July 4th as my first day of NO SMOKING. :) I am going to be training for a very taxing sporting event coming up within the next few months. I am behind the ball, should've started long ago...but here I go.

I'm downloading that RAR file now...hope it helps. :)

I thought quitting cigarettes was done with a simple decision and then sticking to it. That is how I quit, I did not need any bull shit story from anyone to realize that cigarettes were stealing my breath and making it hard to take a bong hit, so I quit smoking cigarettes just like that.
One day I smoked, and the next day I did not. It has been almost 4 years now and cigarettes are one of two things in my life I regret getting involved with.
If you are a real person, you can quit cigs easlily with only a little discomfort.
Now the weight gaining thing I can't help you with, that is all on you. I put on 40 pounds when I quit but lost 35 of it and maintain that weight now.
Fear is the biggest hurdle, once you make the first step, the rest is easy.
Only a loser cannot quit smoking cigarettes.

I would normally ask you how long you had been smoking when you quit, at what age you started smoking, etc etc...but I'm sure that would be lost on you.

I guess I'm not a "real person" then...I must be a mannequin or an alien or something.
